Accomplishment

Hey guys, I'm back.

So one thing that has made my life extremely difficult, and not as good as it could have been has finally been solved. I learned how to braid hair. Yes, I'm afraid that my whole life I've not been able to twist hair in a fashionable way. Until but a few days ago, I had no idea how to do that. But one of my friends braided my hair, and I discovered how to, by watching her. Now, I braid a section of my hair off every day, just to make sure I don't forget how to do it.

In other news, I was watching a bit of The Simpson's Movie. Then my sister made me change the channel.

I'm sad now. Bye.

Done, For a While, at Least

So, I'm home from camp. As you have probably noticed. I got back around noon, on Thursday, napped for three hours, wanted to post, but didn't. Same goes for yesterday. I just didn't end up getting around to it. Plus, I was..

Partyin', partyin'. Yeah!

Sorry, but I really did have a party to go to last night. And, it was Friday, so I had to make that reference. It looks like I don't have much going on, except another camp in mid July. That'll be pretty good.

The Rules

Hey everyone. I'm gonna write this post, though it's totally unnecessary. Oh well.

So, I was riding in the car with my friends, and a Slugbug passed by. They don't know how to play...

Gone

We're off to see the WORLD OF OZ.

...Kinda

My family is off on vacation in Michigan. We're staying in a small cabin by Duck Lake, with lots of places to walk around and appreciate the forest by the lake. I'm all settled in for the week, and I'm pretty sure the rest of my family is, too.

The cabin is small, but pretty cozy. The theme of Coca-Cola is over-powering, and has infected the curtains and dishes. Yeah, there's also a ton of wood. Like, everywhere.

I don't have much else to say today. Sorry that this was pretty boring, but I'm on vacation. Bye.

Those Theatre Days

Hello everyone!! I'm happy because my previous post has gotten 23 page views individually. Pretty cool, right?

So recently, I've been spending the majority of my daytime working on a theatre production with a local dance and performing arts studio. Our opening night is Thursday, which makes me relatively nervous, since today is Monday. Oh well. My parts aren't very big. The play is Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat. I really like how it's coming along. I have to say, my favorite song is one I'm not in. It's called Those Canaan Days. You won't understand it unless you see the play or movie. The movie has DONNY OSMAND!!!!!! I love him!!!!!!!

I'm done. I have to go back to rehearsal soon. Bye.

Homework That I Don't Mind Doing

It's summer now. My friends and I are out of school. I have a play to work on, but there's something else that I've decided to do more voluntarily.

My good friend Jessica (or as Ewok oh so lovingly called her, Miss Cha-ching), wants to form a band. I was invited to be a part of it, though we haven't actually met up. I'd play piano, and she would sing. I'm hoping that she learns to play bass guitar soon...

Anyway, there's a song called Jar of Hearts by Christina Perri. It came out about a year ago. So, I've been slaving over the piano- recently relocated to my living room- trying to figure the piano accompaniment to Jessica's beautiful singing. I really love the song, so I don't mind spending time working on it. I just hope it sounds good.
